BHC INNOVATION WEEK - DAY 2

BHC employees took part in a hands-on workshop exploring the fundamental principles of cultivating an innovation mindset. The employees were assembled into groups where they brainstormed collectively on "Characteristics of an Innovative mindset." Fearless, agile and resilent were some of the characteristics mentioned.
In order to bring innovation right at home, the employees participated in a thrilling competition that brought out their innovative mindset. They were challenged to identify a departmental problem and creatively find a solution incorporating the lessons from the day.
