NATA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Nata Housing Development is a residential housing project by the Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) located in Nata village in the Central District of Botswana (within the Tutume sub-district). The development involves the construction of housing units aimed at meeting local demand for decent, affordable homes in this growing rural settlement. As part of BHC’s national programme to expand housing delivery beyond major urban centres, the project includes a planned build of around 14 residential units, offering potential buyers and investors new housing options in a strategic location that serves as a crossroads between major routes in northern Botswana.
