Xabara is situated in Boseja, Maun and comprise several mixture of development being low and medium income houses and flats. The development is in close proximity of Maun Senior Secondary School as well as several other businesses and shops. The development has access gravel roads which make it easier to reach from the main roads leading to other village centres.
