Sebaga Estate, Gaborone Block 7

Located in Block 7, Gaborone, situated between Ban
Gwalo Dr and Tshwarangkathata road about 1.3 km
from Limkokwing and Botho Universities. The plot
measures approximately 38,257 m² (3.8 Ha). The
development consists of two scheme concept designs
being Youth and Non-Youth.

Youth scheme consist of 192 units of 2 bed roomed
units. These are sixteen (16) blocks of three (3) storey
buildings while non-Youth has 126 units in total. The
units in non-youth scheme are both 2 and 3 bed
roomed (102 and 24 respectively). Both schemes
combined make a total of 318 units.

The area for 2 bed roomed units ranges from 58m² to
60m² while the 3 bed roomed is 88m² lettable area. The
concept was based on providing owners with a living
experience of modern architecture by providing well
defined functional internal spaces.

The common staircase has been designed to provide
not only access to the upper floors but to maintain the
privacy of individual occupants. The floor layout is
generally open plan ( lounge and kitchen) to align the
occupants’ experience with the modern feel of forever
space transformation in the building environment.
