Pilane Housing Development is a residential project by the Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) located between Pilane village and the A1 Road in the Kgatleng District of Botswana. It comprises approximately 200 standalone houses designed to serve a range of income groups, providing quality, affordable homes and associated infrastructure to meet local housing demand. The development reflects national efforts to expand decent housing options outside major urban centres and stimulate socio-economic growth in surrounding communities.

Unzovu Estate in Kazungula, Chobe District, comprises about 212 residential units, including a mix of standalone houses and high-density housing (apartments), along with associated infrastructure such as internal roads, drainage, and water reticulation. It was named “Unzovu” a Sesubiya word for elephant, reflecting the local heritage and the significance of elephants in the Chobe region.
