BHC TO BUILD HOUSES IN NATA

The Corporation will construct a total of 14 housing units in the Nata village in the Tutume District. This was revealed by the BHC Chief Executive Office, Mr. Nkaelang Matenge when briefing the Tutume District Full Council on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in Tutume.
The houses are expected to alleviate a shortage of accommodation, particularly among public workers in Nata. The Contract has already been awarded to 100% citizen-owned contractors as part of the Government's efforts towards citizen economic empowerment. The project is currently at the commissioning stage and construction is expected to start in the first quarter of the 2024/25 financial year.
